Why we check your age
Advertising rules and the licence that lets us run Caldera Hall both require us to keep gambling material away from minors. We cannot tell who is reading a web page, so we ask once, here, and the answer is kept in your own browser. Confirm you are 18 or over and the rest of the site opens.

- The minimum age for the casino floor is 18, or higher where local rules require it.
- A passport, a national identity card or a driving licence is accepted at the door. A photocopy, a photograph of a document or somebody else's card is not.
- The check happens on every visit, including the fourth night of a week's stay and including guests the staff recognise.
- Guests under 18 may stay in the rooms, eat in all four kitchens and use the warm pool at family hours, but they never enter Caldera Hall, even holding a parent's hand.
